Hey, i played a little session of Pot Limit Omaha. It was a pretty crazy game. Although i don't know much about the game i still feel i played pretty well. I Picked up a bunch of chips on my first buy in with Ah As 10s Kh. I bought in for 100$ and was in SB for that hand with about 94$ left. I raised the Pot when it got to me, then the Limper UTG re raised pot and every1 folded and i went all in ... he had something like K K 10 9 ... i forget what the cards were exactly because he was pretty much drawing dead on the flop ... it was Ac 7s 3s .... river paired the 3 to make me the nut boat.
I lost a couple hands, blinded away. And lost an all in after the flop with this hand. I had Ac Qc Ah 2h. I raised to pot(10$), 4 callers. Flop came out As 8h 9h.I made pot bet. Got a couple callers. Made another pot bet on the turn when a 3c came out. Basicaly put me in(18$ left) and got 1 caller. River came 10c. I check he put the last 18 in. I folded .... hahah ... jk ... i called he showed 7h 6h for the straight.
I bought another 100$ and i lost it in 2 hands. Both pretty bad calls. One i had Kh 9h 8s 7c. Flop came Ks Kc Jh. I bet 10$. Got 2 callers. turn came 3, I bet 40, 1 caller, and river was 4. I bet 50$ so I wouldn't get raised, and bet just in case he was drawing. He just called and showed A K.
Other one i had Ah Kh 6c 7c, Board ended up being Kc 3d 4s 4c 10d. He bet the flop, check the turn and bet the river. and called a pretty big bet thinking he had just a K. He had K K.
My last hand of the night.(I guess you know the end result) The game was now 5-5 PL Omaha. I picked up Ah Jh Kc 10c on the button. It was raised to 20$ preflop and i called, 6 players in the hand, 120$ in the pot. Flop comes out Kh 10s 8h. I don't think i can get a bigger draw then that. Checked all the way around to player before me, he bets pot, i push in for 210$ total and 3 players call, making my pot 960$. Turn came Jd. They all check, river came As. I have 4 pairs. Player bets the pot, so i know i'm done, he shows Q 10 for the pot.
Overall, for my second time playing pot limit omaha i think i played good. Made a couple bad calls in the middle. Thats what i need to work on for that game. I need to be more aggressive and need to stop calling people with marginal hands after the river.
Omaha experts, let me know what you think of those hands.

A couple session in the last couple days
Hey, i played a couple sessions in the last few days. I'm going to post a couple hands. My sessions went like this, 7 hours 5-5 NL(-200$), 6 hours 5-5 NL (+400$), and 2.5 hours 1-3 NL (+250$).
The first session was absolutely horrible, i even found myself raising to 30$ preflop with 3 2 offsuit because the game was so slow and i was just getting bored and wanted to play a hand(it cost me 100$) lol. In that 7 hour session, i played maybe 10 hands, and didn't have one go all the way to the river. No hands that can really be talked about there.
My second session was 5-5 NL again, and i have a couple hands that are interesting there. I won a nice little hand with a weird bluff that worked. I Limp in middle position with 5d 3d. The button raises to 20$ and theres a couple callers ahead of me so i decide to call 15$ more. Flop comes out Ks 7h 4c. I now have a gut shot it is checked around.(This is why this is weird, if i had a K i would bet probably 90% of the time) Theres 120$, turn is 2d, Fish in SB bet out 75$, right away i know he had 2 pairs on the flop and if i hit my straight, i'm getting paid off. Only getting a little over 2-1 but if a 6 comes, he is most likely betting more then 100$. An Ace might scare him abit but i can still put a 150$ bet on the river and he will call with 2 pairs.(i think) So the River comes 2c. He now checks, and right away, i'm pretty sure he flopped bottom 2 pairs. If he bets out i will give him the K7 or K 4 and fold. So now the pot is 270$. After he checks, i put out a bet of 125$ and he immidiatly starts showing frustration and shows his 7 4 saying he got counterfitted again. After he mucks, i Gladdly show him my 5 high. LOL
Maybe 5 hands later, i pick up 10's in the BB. Same guy was an early limper. I raise to 30$. both blinds folds, and Fish calls again. Pot is 70$. Flop comes out Kd Jh 10d, He checks to me, i bet 50$. (i think i'm getting called by pretty much anything after that bluff) he calls. Turn comes a J. He checks, i bet 100$, he calls. (If he has a boat there, i think he raises, not 100%, but i think) .... River come 4c. He checks again, and i bet 200$ into 370$ pot. Fish calls and he shows a J only.
I pick up 4 6 of clubs on the button. It was raise to 15$ pre, i called on the button. We were 7 handed ... making the pot about 110$. Flop is 8c 7s 3c. Its checked all around and the Cut off bets 45$. I make it 145$. Its folded around to better and he calls. Turn comes Qh. He now checks to me and i decided to put him all in. Pot is 400$ and he has 300$ left. He calls with 8 7. River is a 4, I lose. I still think i played the hand pretty good, to be honnest, i gave him Top pair. I think he would play top pair like that, but would fold the turn bet with that, and would fold flush draw or straight draw.(I think he would call the 100$ raise on flop with those hands)
Now to my third session, this is a 1-3 NL game. I buy in for 200$, chips go down to 120$. I pick up A 3 Spades in middle position, and its raised to 20$ just behind me. Everyone calls, making the pot about 125$, so i call 17$ more. Flop comes 6s 4s 3c. The SB bets 100$, BB calls, folds to me, i have 100$ left, i obviously can't fold. Fold all the way to Button, Button pushes in 300$ total. SB folds, and BB calls 80$ more. Cards are shown, BB has 8h 5h, and Button has 4's, so a Set. Turn is 6. It's all over. My pot ended up being 540$ and i had 120$ at the start of the hand. Needless to say, the action was pretty good.
I rebuy for 200$ more and pick up a couple small pots and get up to 230$. I pick up 10's in middle position and i make it 25$ after a couple limpers. (game is basically playing like a small 5-5 game). I get 2 calls, the the limper UTG goes all in for 75$, 2nd UTG insta calls, next limper says ... i'm bored, he goes all in for 115$. I'm pretty sure i have him beat and 2nd UTG beat too, i think i need to get all the chips in now so i can have a good chance at Sidepot because if the guy that still has chips missed the flop, i'm pushing to a dry sidepot because it hink the UTG guy has me beat with K's or A's .... So i push in 230$ and the guy calls 155$ more saying, "I have my favorite hand, i call". The cards are shown, lol. I was in better shape then i thought, UTG has K 9 off, 2nd UTG has 4h 5h(about 245$ side pot with him) and the other player has J 4 off. Where is this hand going ... i know your wondering ... just read on ... Flop comes out 2 3 6. The guy jumps up and yells, "straight", i stay and don't say a word but i'm thinking, "pair up", turn comes 6, and thats when i scream, "give me 6 or 10" River 10!!!!!!!! ... SHIP IT !!!! 700$ pot, dealer gets a well deserved 25$ tip.
Couple rotations later, i pick up As Qh on the button with 1 limper(Fish again), i raise to 20$, SB calls, BB calls and Fish calls. Flop comes Kh Jh 6h. SB comes out betting 25$. BB calls, Fish folds. At the point the pot is 130$. I've played quite abit with both players and SB wouldn't bet flush draw, and BB could have a 6 with 9h and would call. I'm pretty sure i'm good if a 10 or Heart comes. Giving me 12 outs, and 11 outs if the other guy has a Heart too. I'm getting 5 to 1, so i call. Turn comes 3c(if you hadn't notice, i use 3c alot when i don't remember the blank that came out) SB bets 50$, BB folds. Now i'm almost 100% he has 2 pairs. The pot is now 205$. He has 150$ behind. I know that if an offsuit 10 comes, i get all the chips, he's going to push them in on the river if theres no heart. Heart comes, he probalby shuts down and maybe i can get called a 50$ bet. But i'm still getting 4 to 1 with 12 outs.(worst case 11 outs) Worst case, i need just a little more then 3 to 1 to call. So i call. River is a blank. He goes all in. I fold and i say, you have 2 pairs. He proudly showes his K J. I made a good read and i played the hand good.
I think the blog thing is making me play my hands better and it seems to be working out for me.
Enjoy the post, and until next time ...

Good Session last night
Hey, played a session last night in the 5-5 NL game. Overall was a good night. Picked up alot of good hands at the start of the game that had me active in the game early. I picked up K Q suited on the Button, cost me 30$, flop nothing so folded. A K suited the next hand. I raised to 35, 3 callers. Then re raised to 135$. I thought it was a coin flip so i called. I Missed everything and it was checked down because i really didn't think i could bluff the player out.
Same table rotation, i picked up AA in UTG position. So i was doing the limp re-raise most likely, but every player at the table limped in. 10 players ... not looking good. The flop was As 5s 4h. I bet out 35$. I got 3 callers. Turn was a 9c. I wasn't sure where i stood but i thought i was most likely good. Now that i think about it. It was a really weak bet. I guess i could have gotten away from it if a Spade came. I bet 65$ and got 2 callers. River was a Kh. I thought for sure i was good now. I bet out 120$(i had 125$ behind) and i was pushed in, so i called. I didn't see the cards, but i believe he had 2 pairs.
I picked up A J on the button. A player that is super hooked and Ultra aggressive raised to 40
$ preflop. I called in position. Just so you know the respect he gets, like 4 others call. The flop comes out As 9h 2h. The pot is 240$, It's checked around to me and i bet out 150$. Every1 folds to initial raiser, he raises to 300$. BTW he's a crazy player, he could have anything and do that move. He had 300$ behind so i put it in. He calls with 9 9. Right after the hand, I realized i made a mistake. I was a little angry at myself. If he would have bet out, i think putting him in would be the right move, but when he check, min raises, he would usually have a big hand. I guess i just have to take a little more time making a decision next time.
Here's my last hand of the night(one of the last 3 hands of the night). UTG raises to 40$. 3 peoples call and i'm in BB with 88 so i call. Flop comes out 9h 8c 5h. I'm pretty sure the raiser is going to bet this flop since i give him a big pair. So i checked, he bet 125$. 2 out of 3 players call. I then push in making it 470$ more. There was 575$ in the pot so i was happy with that. The pre flop raiser re-pushes in for 1000$ so about 530 more then me. The next player folds but he really wanted to call with Q 9 off. lol. The turn is Ad, river Ac. I show my set, he shows KK. Before the hand i was down like 200$. After the hand i was up about 700$.
That was the night.
Exams this week, might not be playing for a week or so ... hahah

Not a great week
Well, this was not a great week for poker. I deposited 100$ on Pokerstars and played a couple big tournaments(22$+R and 55K 10$+R) I made it pretty deep in both tournys but ended up with no money. Played a couple more small tournaments and didn't cash in any of them. So yah, i'm pretty much giving up the online thing for a little while.
For the live games, it wasn't much better. My 3 sessions this week went like this, -800$, +860$, -900$. Thats my first losing week in a pretty long time. The first night i played pretty well the whole night but kept getting 6 outered. I must say that i sorta tilted away 200$ in the middle of the session when i raised to 30$ in position with A Q suited and got called by 3 players. Flop came out Q 10 3, with 2 spades, i had A of spades. Action was Bet 25, raise to 55 ... and then i went all in thinking the guy had me beat ... and he did ... he had 10 3 offsuit .... lol ... Everybody against me was hitting those 5 and 6 outters, i missed.
I also gave away my last 150. with this 7 5 of hearts i raised to 30$. flop came out Ah 6d 8h .. one person bet out 50 .. i went in for the rest ... she had J 9 of hearts .. heart came ...
My second session, I got pretty lucky. When i was just about to leave i flopped the nuts, and it was still the nuts on the river and i ended up getting a little more then a double up.
My third session wasn't very good, bought in for 400$ .. was down to about 310$. I picked up AK suited UTG, so i decided to play it big because a couple guys were making loose raises. I intended on re-raising. So its raised to 30$ in late position, and the SB calls. It gets to me and i make it 110$ to go. The initial raiser folds, but the other player decides to go all in. Making the pot around 260+the 200 i had left. making the pot about 460$. Costing me 200 to call. I was pretty sure he didn'T have Ace's, didn't think he would play Kings like that. But i was wrong, i called and lost.
Then i bought in again, i got 10's and was called by 9's. He flopped a set, but i saved money because of over. He bet out, i raised, he re-raised so i folded on the flop. On this hand, i was in for 900 total and i had 355 left.
UTG folds, next guy raises to 25$, and a couple callers, i'm in the SB with Jd 10d. There was a couple callers ahead of me, so i decided to call(fish). Flop came out perfect for me(so i thought), Kd, 3d, and Jh. there was 105$ in the pot. I checked, the preflop raiser bet out 50$(i thought it was a weak bet but i still gave him AK. There was 1 caller so that made the pot 200$. I then pushed all in, making it 280$ more to them. If i was up against AK, even if he had the Ad, i still had 13 outs and not in horrible shape. I was in coin flip situation and who knows, the guy might fold AK. He calls, the other players starts talking and says he has a flush draw. I was not happy, i thought he had a bigger flush draw, he calls, but he has smaller flush draw. So i thought i could sitll have 11outs. But no, the initial raiser had KK. The pot was right about 1000$. 2 blanks came out and that was the end to my night.
So that was my week, i'm probably not going to play much this week. I'm going to Fallsview on Friday to go try and play a session there. And thinking of Vegas in Jan.
I think i'm going to try to post after most of my sessions and talk abit more about my hands.
What do you think ?
Let me know, until next time ....

Late Report
Hey guys,
Well this wasn't a very good week. I played abit online, i got my rake back and it was a little less then i was expecting. It was only 130$. So i started playing heads up matches and was running horrible. Played 6 matches with one guy in a row, flopped the nuts twice on the first hand and got all the chips in but ended up losing. Only won 1 match(on the first hand), i had A J and the board was K 10 6 on the flop and i made a small bet and got called and turn was a Q and i got put all in. The awesome hand he shows is A 9 off. So that was my win. So it went down pretty fast at 10$ a pop. Now just playing 5$ matches and down to about 40$ .... YEAH... hahahha
For the live game, been running pretty bad. Haven't been losing that much though. My 3 sessions for this week were - 100$, -200$, and +680. Got rivered against a fish that i know he would have called my all in and i would made profit on my seconde session.
Here's the hand in a 5-5 NL game...
A super fish raises to 30 preflop in middle position. I call with AsKh on the button. SB(horrible player that over plays top pairs with no kickers) calls, BB calls. Flop comes out Ks 5d 4c. SB bets 30$, BB folds, Super fish calls, i make it 100$ even. SB insta calls, and has excited look. Fish calls too. Turn comes a 5h. Check, check from them. I bet 100$ for value because i'm pretty sure i got the best and i put the fish on a middle pair and the SB on a weak K. SB calls, Fish folds. When i bet 100$. I told myself taht i was pushing all in for 400$ that i had behind if something like a 7 comes. My safe cards were around Q, my unsafe were J 10 9 8. Something like that. At that point i'm just hopping for a blank like a 2. Of course the river is a 5. We both check and we chop it up.
He shows K 9
That was my hand.
Other then that, running into alot of those, I flop top 2 pair, Chips all go in and the guy has just top pair and hits his better kicker.
Thank god for the donk that gives me 600$ in my last session in this hand of 1-3NL.
We are now 4 handed and i'm BB. 2 Limpers, i wake up with KsKh. So i make it 18$ total. they both call. Flop comes out pretty perfect in my mind. Js 2h 5s. I bet out 40$ being first to act. I get raised to 80$ total, other guy folds. I re-raise 140$ more into a about a 200$ pot. He thinks about it for a minute and calls. At this point i put him on a J or maybe a flush draw. Turn comes a 9c. So i put the rest in, he has 375$ left. He thinks about it for about 5 minutes and decides to call with J 6. River 8. SHIP IT !!!
I know the hands are hard to follow but i tried my best to walk you through the hand. Let me know if you think i should play these hands a little different. I would love to hear what you think.
Until next time .....

Almost Done on Eurolinx
Well, as you can probably imagine, i hasn't been too good on Eurolinx. I was doing real good. I had my online roll up to about 1600$ and it went down pretty fast. I lost 800$ on one night playing the cash games. Lost another 500$ the next night and finished it off the night after that. So now i'm waiting for my rakeback. I'm thinking i'm getting about 250 - 300$ back. I'm going to be patient and play mostly heads up until i can get my roll up to around 900 again. Hopefully i can make it if i play good. Wish me luck ....
As for live play, this was a pretty slow week. I only played 2 sessions and one of them was a pretty short one on a shorthanded game. The 2 sessions ended like this: + 1100$ and + 60. Overall ... not bad. I'm going to try to play a session again this week but might be a little slow for a little while because of exams.

Good second week
Well i'm back and its getting better on Eurolinx. I went to watch Adam play for a couple hours and started to learn how to be a winning player online. He's super aggresive and it looks like it works, so i tried it out in the ,50/1$ tables. I've been playing 2 tables for the last few days and my online roll has gone from 650$ to like 1150$ . So thats been pretty good.
I played a couple session at the new lake club and it hasn't been very good. Been running pretty bad. Every hand that i win, i would have lost with my straight to boats on the river. Everytime i have a big pp, someone has a smaller one and hits. Been running pretty bad. Also got fuckin cold decked at that place with AA. Here's the hand, i'm utg after a straddle(people go crazy with straddles at this place) so i just limp in. 3 more limpers and the straddler makes it 110$ and has 115$ behind. So i just wanted to go against him so i made it 300$ total. Everyone else folds and he throughs in the rest and shows A J off. What do you know, flop comes out J 5 J ... couldn'T believe it. Obviously no help, and thats pretty much my lost for hte whole night. My live sessions where -650$, -200$, +600$. Still not a bad week but looking for abit better next week.

Starting on Eurolinx
Hey, I just started playing on Eurolinx. I made the first deposit last week when I was at Adam's and Krissy's. I got 400$ from them and i made it up to 750$ the first night. I played the next day for abit and didn't go too well i was down to 500$. I know it's not good bank roll management but, the next day I was playing 3 tables and got 4 outered on all 3 tables at the same time, all for about 130 - 180$ pots. I was now down to nothing after that. So I took a couple days off and decided i wanted to try it again. So on monday, i called Adam before i went to Lonestar to find out if i could have 500$. I started playing again on the .25/.50 tables. Was good to start, but went bad after. Now with my 900$ i'm at 300$. I've now decided to start playing heads up matches. I seem to be doing much better. I'm playing 10 and 20$ matches and i'm up to 550$ right now. I'll keep playing and hopefully I can keep my head over water for a little while with that 900$.
Live, i've been on a pretty big rush. My last 5 sessions have been + 2600$, +2200$, +1200$, -600$ and +820$. So its pretty good right now. Just been flopping monsters all the time and people are trying to push me off my hands. Feels great. I just want to take advantage of it because i know its not always like that.
Thats all for now, later
